My trip in vietnam consisted of my riding a motorbike from north to south, and da lat was my last stays before ending in ho chi minh. The morning I was about to leave, my bike would not start up and the manager of the property stayed with me and took me to the mechanic and explained the situation for me to get my spark plug changed and up and running to my next destination. friendly, patient, and the room was very spacious, clean, and the bath soap smells so good!
The location is not city center (which I chose intentionally as i prefer quiet places to stay), which is inconvenient for most people without their own form of transportation, but grab is inexpensive and convenient, so the location is not an issue.

The Saigon uncle manager is really nice and helpful
The room is clean
The room smells not fresh and there is no sound proof, quite annoying while sleeping
