Ansam, Yas Island

The location is excellent — within walking distance to Yas Waterworld and Warner Bros. World. Ferrari World and Yas Mall are just one bus stop away, or you can easily take a taxi, which is very convenient. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and very clean. It is equipped with a washing machine (laundry detergent not provided) and a drying rack, which is especially convenient for families. On our first day, we originally planned to store our luggage before check-in, but the host kindly allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful arrangement, which made our trip much smoother.

We stayed for three nights. While the location and overall environment were acceptable, there were several issues we feel should be honestly noted. On the second night, we noticed that the shower water was not hot enough and the water pressure was rather weak. I contacted the host via WhatsApp the following morning but did not receive a response. On the third night, my child and I ended up taking a cold shower. After raising the issue again, we were informed that there was a hot water switch located outside the bathroom (with no label or signage). We had not been informed about this upon check-in, nor was the issue addressed when we first reported it. This affected our overall experience. Additionally, we had asked in advance whether luggage storage would be available after check-out on the last day and were initially told yes. However, on the day of departure, we were informed that luggage storage was not possible. As a result, we had to bring our luggage to SeaWorld and paid AED 95 for storage, which was inconvenient and inconsistent with the prior communication.

I love staying in this place. It was so comfy and relaxing! And lucman was really very helpful for us. Assisting us on all the questions we had.

Very clean, secure and spacious. It exceeded my expectations for booking an apartment. Exceptional for couples coming for enjoying leisure time. Location is extremely good walkable to Yas Marina Circuit.

A twin bed would allow 2 bachelor guests to stay together.

My husband and I had to wait outside late at night because the staff arrived late to open the place. It was extremely frustrating, especially after a long and tiring journey. We had to make several calls just to get in. The apartment was very small with no facilities, making it completely not worth the money. We only stayed the night and left first thing in the morning. The so-called ‘double bed’ was barely the size of a single. Overall, a total waste of money and a very disappointing stay.
