Möwennest klingt ansprechend und gemütlich, war es leider nicht. Für Kurzurlaub nicht empfehlenswert!

Gute Lage Parkplatz am Haus Netter Hausmeister

Renovierung erforderlich, vor allem das Bad! Heftiger Duft bei der Ankunft: Reinigungsmittel oder Duftspray: unangenehm! Viele Kabel und Verlängerungen (Küche!!) Sauberkeit 4- Parkplatz Situation anfangs unklar.

Preis/ Leistung war ok … vielleicht mal etwas Geld investieren um das Appartement aufzupäppeln

Zentrale Lage, gute Aussicht, klein aber fein

Die Küche war nicht gut eingerichtet, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Küchenutensilien, das Bad war auch nicht mehr ganz auf dem Stand der Zeit, offene Fugen, die Toilette müsste mal erneuert werden … es waren meiner Ansicht nach zu viele Lampen im Appartement und zu viel Stromleitungen mit Verlängerung

Großzügiger Balkon mit Stadt- und Meerblick

Wie von anderen Reisenden bereits erwähnt, war auch ich begeistert von der Aussicht! Diese überwältigt schon beim Betreten der Wohnung und ebenfalls vom großzügigen Balkon. Blick auf die Stadt und dahinter das Meer gut sichtbar. Ansonsten gefiel mir die klare und gemütliche Ausstattung, das Bad nicht modern aber gut durchdacht, ebenso die kleine Küchennische.

Ein perfektes Wochenende.

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind grandios. Parkplatz auch dabei.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte erneuert werden, gerade weil wir gekocht haben. Aber ich weiß aus Erfahrung, dass leider nicht alle Gäste gut damit umgehen.
