Great location but very basic
La Plagne is very family friendly. The apartment was on the ski slopes. It was a short walk to either the gondola or some chair lifts. There were restaurants and a small grocery store as well. There was an outdoor heated pool and hot tub available to all staying in the village. Parking was nearb, in a covered garage and inexpensive. It snowed a lot the week we were there so having covered parking was great. The owner was easy to deal with. He gave us the code to the lock box on the door and that's how we got the keys. There was a welcome book explaining a lot about the facilities and had the wifi code. There was a ski locker in the basement so you didn't have to keep the skis in the apartment.
The apartment was very basic and could be called a railroad flat. All rooms were off a central hallway. The bedroom was small with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the living room there were 2 sofas and one pulled out to beca double bed. The mattresses and sofa were covered in plastic and had seen a lot of wear. The pillows were ancient and shredded, the duvets and mattresses had evidencevof pee stains. We had to bring our own sheets and towels.

Comfortable and will situated apartment close to the slopes and lifts
