Sunny 2-bedroom apartment in Parque Santiago II

The location and the garden. The apartment was nice and clean although it is getting a bit old. But everything worked as it should and it was very clean.

Maybe it is better for 4 people than 5 :)

It had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. Also little extra such as the coffee on arrival was a nice touch. The location was perfect for us. And the arrival/departure information was very clear.

The sofa is a bit tired and a blind on the arch window in one of the bedrooms would have been helpful

I think this apartment is good value for the money. Complex has a large pool. Apartment has a balcony to the south side, so it was possible to sunbade there as well.

The most annoying was the fact that you need to pay for the sunbeds and mattresses to stay in the pool area of the complex. If you just go there for a short period of time, then it seems an unnecessary extra cost. The interior design of the apartment is not inspiring. For our short stay it was ok, but I would not like to stay there for 2 weeks. Also, we missed having a second bathroom. There was a problem in the bathroom, some stones were falling from the ventilation. The owner asked whether we would like it to be fixed during our stay, which we declined.

A bad smell from bathrooms but I think this has to do we sewerage system think it’s hit and miss depending on weather conditions
