A lovely two bedroom duplex apartment on the popular Parque Santiago II complex in the resort of Playa de las Americas in Tenerife, Canary Islands. The apartment is well equipped and includes wifi internet access and a washing machine.
The Space:
Parque Santiago II 175 - Two Bed is a duplex apartment on this popular complex in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, Canary Islands. It has ground floor access through the front door, but the terrace is one level up from the pool. The apartment boasts private wifi internet access. The gated terrace enjoys wonderful pool views and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a sun awning. Patio doors lead back in the lounge which is comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, dining table and chairs, side table with lamp and ceiling fan. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. The downstairs bathroom has been adapted with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Stairs lead up to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which have been pushed together. There are 2 bedside tables with bedside lights, chest of drawers, armchair, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out to the upper balcony, which is furnished with a patio table and chairs. This balcony also has fantastic pool views. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin with mirror above and WC.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of or the total price of the reservation anytime. Please double check with us on the payment schedule.
Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.
Please note the lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. No groups of largely under 25 year olds.

The apartment is everything you would expect - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony and patio - with a gate leading towards the pool from the patio. The complex is quiet and well run. It is also gated for good security. Families and groups lounge on their patios, balconies or around the pool - each to their own, and their is ample room for everyone. Their is a pool bar for snacks and drinks, and a supermarket for all your needs. The front of the complex leads onto shops and restaurants, and "the strip" is a very short walk away - lots to do. Conversely, the rear of the complex opens onto the "passeo" - with quite walks along the front all the way to Los Christianos one way and Adeje the other. There is only one word for it ...."excellent".

Apartment ok, in need of modernising. Cups and plates in the cupboards dirty but ok other than that. I replied to a message i recieved about my stay but didnt get a reply. Ok apartment, but i have stayed in lots more around the complex which I found better and think it was expensive for 4 nights.
