Located on the 5th floor of Laketown Wharf, the magnificent emerald water of the Gulf and its sugary beach are experienced from the wraparound balcony, primary bedroom and the living area. It can also be seen while eating a delicious seafood meal at the dining room table.
This spacious condo (1,483 sq ft) has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bunk nook and a sleeper sofa. This is the ideal condo for families, friends, or a large group for a vacation in PCB! The ocean-view primary bedroom has a king size bed, direct balcony access, large en-suite with garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 43` Smart TV and en-suite. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a 43` Smart TV.

A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.

We were disappointed that the master bedroom did not have a closet. We would’ve liked to have hung our clothes up but managed to hang them up in the bathroom. A clothes rack was offered but we declined after making do with hanging in the bathroom. A caserole dish was left very dirty and the host did offer for it to be cleaned but I Had already washed it. Nothing too major. Overall our stay was good.

I will say that i enjoyed my stay , however there were some things that i would have changed.
First, the room was not properly cleaned. There was a dirty towel left on the back of the first bedroom as well as children's drink cups under the television console in the living room. The bathroom in the hallway had rings around the toilet and bath. The lock for the patio was broken, however maintenance came quickly to fix
Overall the stay was good, but for the price we paid i would expect the unit to be more clean.
