About this house rental
Located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 25 minutes from Sunday River and 10 minutes from Mt Abram, The Glades is a classic Maine chalet. Enjoy your next trip to the Bethel area in this beautiful three bedroom, two bath home featuring an open floor plan. The main level offers a mud room for gear storage, inviting open living space, bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom, both with updated comfortable modern finishes. Head to the lower level and you will find an additional living space with a fireplace to cozy up by after a day on the slopes and a ping pong table for some friendly competition.
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.

Property was as pictured, several new appliances, quiet neighborhood, private yard, many spaces to unwind with tvs in evening, ping pong table was a big plus.

Lovely time at this clean and well kept home near Greenwood Lake in Bethel. An easy 20-25 minute drive to Sunday River, this home is well-stocked, comfortable, and remote offering a little downtime after a full day on the slopes. Teenaged boys enjoyed hot tub and ping pong table. Kitchen was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and utensils and cooking appliance / surfaces all worked well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone.

This home is just about the perfect home away from home. By far the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed in. The hosts have thought of every detail. Impeccably clean, adorable decor, plenty of linens, pantry essentials, fun games, electronics chargers everywhere. TVs all had Netflix and Amazon Prime for plenty of viewing options and we loved the ping pong table.
Our only issue was that the bed in the master suite was so rock hard firm that we couldn’t sleep on it. If the mattress was replaced with something more forgiving, it would be a 10/10 property!

my friends and I went to ski sunday river for a weekend and this house was perfect. had all the amenities we needed, was clean and comfortable. would absolutely stay again.
