The host is exceptional, and the apartment is a real gem right in the heart of Kalamata. Just a small note: there’s a little dog that sometimes wanders onto the terrace from a neighboring apartment. It’s more of a fun detail than a problem, but it’s good to keep an eye on the windows. The apartment faces an inner courtyard, which makes it very peaceful and quiet.

A terrific apartment with modern amenities, in central Kalamata. George was the most gracious host, answering whatever questions we had, & also helped us with suggestions for beaches and activities! Great for us that there was a washing machine with laundry detergent available, as we did not want to buy a full bottle. The parking provision at an additional fee saved us tremendous headache in not trying to find parking, highly recommend you book this too!

The place was clean and comfortable. It is also close the central square and the shops of the town. There is a smart TV with Youtube and Netflix.
The bathroom door does not close. Parking is an issue on busy days. A bit far from the beach of the town.
