Il proprietario e soprattutto la figlia /che fa la barcaiola/ sono maleducati irriguardosi e procedono nei confronti degli ospiti in modo minaccioso
l'appartamento pur in buona posizione risulta sufficientemente pulito, ma la doccia è dentro una vasca da bagno, e neanche il telefono-doccia è funzionante la cucina pur ben arredata ma non funzionante il fornello non funzionava, il forno micro onde non funziona il frigo funziona a intervalli.
