Aparment had everything what u need when staying like weekend or even longer!, there is coffee machine, waterboiler, microwave, fridge, and even washing machine! Overall good place to stay!
Only few things was bad, when walking inside building alcohol and cigarette smell hits u but on aparment were NO SMELL AT ALL! and place looks like old jail.

Apartment was nice, clean, well-equipped and pet friendly. The location was great. Easy access and free parking space outside.
Public corridors of the building had very strong smell of tobacco. The air in the room was good though, no extra smells etc.

Апартаменты нормальные за свою цену. Довольно тихо и спокойно было в целом, хоть и в доме находится общежитие с соответствующим контингентом.
Запах курьева из подъезда чувствалось в коридоре на входе в квартиру. Вода из бойлера очень быстро заканчивалась, если нужно помыть голову то ее не хватит. Полотенца были с неприятным запахом недовысушенного белья. Очень шумно скрипит кровать и пол.

Pidin helppoudesta ja siitä että kuvaus vastasi kohdetta hyvin. Kun lähti illalla kävelylle huomasi kuinka kaunista ja hyvin hoidettua seutua Maaru on. Rahalle sai todellakin vastinetta. Tulen varmasti uudelleen.
Kurja sanoa, mutta tupakoivista naapureista.
