Welcome to Cobia Cottage in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach! This spacious three bed/two bath house has everything you need for a restful escape from everyday life. Bike to the beach and come back to the refreshing outdoor shower, sink a few putts on the new outdoor putting green, or eat lunch al fresco on the large paved back patio with gas grill. Or just relax on plush furnishings and enjoy a movie on one of the large smart HD TVs. The house sits only 1.5 miles from Ponte Vedra Beach, a short drive to Jax Beach, and a 10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic.
In this cozy home you can enjoy a good book, play a board game with the family, or relax and watch your favorite movie or show on one of three large TVs. You can also enjoy the quiet backyard under the hanging lights on a comfortable couch, the large outdoor dining table or spacious hammock. Or take it up a notch and roast smores by the firepit play some golf or cook a meal on the new gas grill. Outdoor games such as bocce ball and cornhole are available, as well as several beach cruiser bikes. You can also now ride the new Peloton recently added to the home!

Excellent hosts and a perfect property for a stay in Jacksonville. The house is well equipped with everything you need, and there were so many thoughtful additions to ensure a great experience (multi usb charging blocks in each bedroom, plenty of towels, youtube tv set up, a playstation with games, etc etc). Would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Nicholas!

Incredible house and host. Perfect for our family . Provided so many extras - snores, firewood, bikes, beach cruisers …. So wonderful!!!

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The putting green and fire pit were especially convenient and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent. Check-in and checkout were very easy. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again.
