3-bedroom beach house minutes away from ocean, Intercoastal, Sawgrass village!

The listing for this house is spot on. The Host was great and the amenities were awesome. It’s sit in a great location between a lot of shops. If we come back to visit we would choose this house again.

The property met our needs well. Very updated and clean, bathrooms and beds were good. Kitchen well outfitted. (Black out curtains or shades needed badly in the bedrooms) Back yard was deplorable and not usable, but we understand its slated to be renovated. It is directly on A1A, so there is a LOT of traffic in front of the home. It does die down a bit at night, but it is an extremely busy road which makes it difficult to get out of the driveway. The property is not close to the beach. (probably 6-8 blocks away) I do not consider it "walkable" especially with gear, and there is no parking along the beach access areas (unlike Jax beach) You would need to have someone drop your group at the beach access and they could then walk or uber from the house. House is convenient to restaurants and golf with Sawgrass a short 10 minute drive. All in all the home was in good condition, and again met our needs, but folks just need all the information.
