About this cottage rental
1971 original Rothmans estate. 2800 sqft of all original cedar and cherry wood lakefront home. A 10 acre lakefront oasis with over 1000 feet of waterfront backing onto 600 acres of forested hiking trails.
The space
Three spacious bedrooms with private en-suites and heated floors with an additional powder room. A 30 second walk to a bunkie that sleeps an additional 4 people. Inside the home there’s an Indoor sauna. There’s a hot tub, a modern treehouse with a drawbridge that needs to be seen to be believed. Perched in the trees, enjoy a classic sunset over the bay.
Jump right in the lake off the dock! Watersport activities include a canoe, 2 kayaks, a paddleboat, windsurf and all accessories / safety equipment.
Enjoy the oversized kitchen with all amenities. 2 wood burning brick BBQs.
Additional outdoor activities include: Zip line, ping pong and foosball and additional -games. Loads of wildlife. An all round classic cottage experience.

Our three generation family had a wonderful vacation at this absolutely beautiful property and peaceful Crego Lake, which was perfect for canoeing & kayaks. There was more than enough space (9 of us) in the cottage, including a bathroom for every room. Our son & family enjoyed staying in the beautiful, spacious Bunkie. The kids loved the amazing treehouse, the zip line was fun, and the hot tub relaxing. The owners are very gracious, checking in to ensure we didn't need anything more. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this family compound again. I imagine it is beautiful any season.
