About this house rental
**Country Charm meets City Luxury!
**Tudor style home on 1.5 acres of park like setting with luxurious amenities.
**Tudor Pines is only 8 minutes north of downtown Port Perry, 15 minutes east of Uxbridge and 20 minutes north of the 407. We are 45 minutes east of the airport and 1 hour east of downtown Toronto (using the 407 toll hwy and in good traffic!). This is truly a hidden gem.
**6 rooms…..3 on the main floor, 1 on the upper floor and 2 on the lower floor.
1). The main floor oversized Garden Suite (our original & most luxurious) room has a king bed, desk, chair, window bistro set, 1 cupboard, 2 side tables, 2 luggage racks and its own oversized ensuite with jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet, towel heater and other amenities.
2). The main floor Rose Grove room has a queen bed & shares a full bathroom with main floor Lavender Fields room.
3). The main floor Lavender Fields room has a queen bed & shares a full bathroom with main floor Rose Grove room.
4). The upper floor Treetop Loft sits above the Garden Suite.
It contains a queen bed, day bed and luxury cot plus its own ensuite with toilet, tub and shower among other amenities. There is also a card table/chairs, working area with desk & chair and a library.
5) The lower floor Beach room has a luxury cot & shares a full bathroom with the lower floor Starry Night room.
6) The lower floor Starry Night room has a luxury cot & shares a full bathroom with the lower floor Beach room.

->->All rentals include self serve continental breakfast for all guests.
**All guests have full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, side door powder room, back deck and all other outdoor property to the south of the fenced in area for pets. Yes! We are pet and child friendly.
**Chill on the back deck that overlooks the backyard. There are chairs and a gas bbq there for your convenience. Bring your steaks and burgers!
**Sit around the fire pit under the starry sky on comfy Muskoka chairs. Firewood provided for free.
**Dine under the gazebo.
**Read a good book on the backyard swings.
**Enjoy the pine, maple, birch, crabapple, apple and pear trees.
**Enjoy the many gardens in spring, summer and fall.
**Feeling hungry? Head into town for dinner at one of Port Perry’s awesome restaurants. Ask us how you can score a free dessert. Don’t feel like going out? Want to cook? There are many different spots at Tudor Pines to choose from when deciding where to eat. Bbq on the back deck and dine there, head out to the gazebo and dine. Cook a delicious meal in our well equipped kitchen complete with an indoor fireplace and gorgeous view. Dine at the kitchen table in the breakfast nook or at the kitchen island on the bar stools. Bring your meal on over to the dining room. Every window has a beautiful view. Dine while watching tv in the living room. Perhaps you’d like more privacy? Dine in your Garden Suite room at the bistro set while admiring the beautiful gardens out the picture windows.
**Feeling sporty? Go paddle boarding, canoeing or kayaking on the river 5 minutes down the road. Bring your own water craft or rent one from us. 1 hour pontoon river cruise room packages are available with us as well (pls inquire before booking). Walk around the waterfront. Hike a trail in town or just outside of town. Go golfing, boating, hiking, swimming, walking in summer and skiing, skating, snowboarding or snowmobiling in winter. So many things to do, so little time!

**We pride ourselves on being a safe space especially for seniors, female travellers and the LGBTQ+ community.
**We wish to host guests who respect our property and rules. We want you to treat us as good as we treat you! We are looking for neat, tidy and clean guests. No rowdies or loud parties as we are an upper scale luxury B&B. We have great neighbours and respect their privacy and comfort so disruptive activities will not be tolerated. Our neighbours are awesome and watch out for us as well.

Tudor Pines is a lovely spot to stay to have family celebration of my Dad’s milestone birthday. We made great use of the large yard playing a family croquet tournament, and the BBQ. Breakfast was generous and accommodating of family’s dietary needs. Our host was thoughtful in the details of our stay. Would recommend.

Beautiful estate for a large family meet- up.Large garden with mature tree with a deck and gazebo. Kitchen is well equipped. Kristina is very kind letting stayed later.Thanks for a lovely stay.
