Upon entering the home, you’ll be drawn into the main living room with cathedral ceilings that open to the top floor and large sliding glass doors and windows, allowing for the warm breeze and Florida sun to bathe the room in natural light.
Guests love the comfy sofas, armchairs, and thoughtful touches decorated in luxurious coastal decor with muted turquoise and warm neutral tones, bringing the ambiance of the beach and nature indoors.
The heart of any home is the kitchen. It’s the place where coffee is made, family recipes are shared, and heart-felt conversations are had over putting the dishes away, and this kitchen holds up to that ideal and then some.
Easily prepare family meals, snacks, and your favorite drinks in this galley-style kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and the house was neat and organized. I do wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with necessities. There was no oil, salt and pepper, basic seasonings, there were no bowls with lids, no saran wrap, no basic cleaning supplies. It was stocked with the bare minimum. It would’ve been nice to had a few more necessities. The dryer would not dry and single cycle. It took 3 to 4 cycles to fully dry clothes , even after playing with all the settings it still wouldn’t dry well. There was ample storage in the house, which was nice. The TV sound bar kept making a humming noise, which was extremely frustrating even when the TV was off the sound bar would hum. Our biggest issue, however, was that the door leading out to the pool did not correctly lock. A repair man came out to fix it and said it was basically a dummy lock and the door would have to be replaced. The solution was using a piece of wood to keep the door closed. I feel like that’s a huge safety hazard, especially for people with young children. The pool alarm was a nice feature, but still a locking door would be a better safer solution. One final complaint, the second bedroom, wouldn’t keep cool and the fan that was provided was broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, there were just some things that could’ve been better about the property itself. We would consider staying here again, especially if some of the issues were fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Having a pool was great with a toddler and the ocean was a short walk away. The house was nicely kept and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at this home, however,there were some issues with the home that did not get resolved during our stay. The outdoors lights on the fence around the pool did not work. There was very little lighting around the pool area which made it difficult to enjoy after dark. Considering this area is a huge selling point for the rental it was very disappointing. We did reach out to the rental co. and they sent someone out to look but it was not replaced/fixed during our stay. The sliding glass door did not lock. We didn't even realize it until our 2nd night when my handy man son pointed out that just because you press the lever down it did not lock. The maintenance personal looked @ it & said the door had been slammed so many times it would have to be replaced & gave us a pole to place inside it which did not fit. There were several lights in the kitchen (under the microwave & cabinets) that did not work. The grill did not work likely because it was out of propane & was locked in so you could not add any. We had issues with bugs in the home & noisy neighbors. The rental next door blasted loud music all day & until 12 am & the home next to it had teens who would drive back and forth revving their engines all hours of the night. We expected the area to be more family friendly. To be fair some of these issues we never notified the rental co. of because it just seemed like a constant complaint. The home was clean & we enjoyed the pool. The walk to the beach was short.
