This lovely cottage oozes comfort and quality throughout, making it ideal for a relaxing break or as a touring base for the east coast and The Lincolnshire Wolds.. Ground Floor:

Electric car charging point (by prior arrangement). No smoking.. This charming cottage offers a luxurious stay for two couples or a small family with children. The second room can be adapted with twin beds and the walk-in dressing room can also easily accommodate a travel cot. There are also two en-suite bathrooms and space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with everything those who love to cook on holiday would ever need, and opens out through French doors onto the cottage garden, which is mainly lawned with well kept flower beds and a private patio area for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in; there is also a swing ball and games for children.
Nearby Spilsby, just a mile away, has a good range of restaurants, shops, pubs and a weekly market to enjoy, as well as being the gateway to The Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Exploring the Wolds can be done on foot, bike or simply cruise around in the car taking refreshment from the many tea rooms and pubs found along the way. The sandy beaches of the east coast at Skegness are just 10 miles away, with nature reserves at Gibraltar Point and Frampton within a 30-minute drive. After a day exploring, you can relax in the quality and comfort of your cottage or pop over the road to the village pub for a drink. Shops 1 mile and pub 50 yards.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The view of the church from the garden is lovely and the sheep were a bonus. The surrounding countryside is also lovely. Highly recommended the cottage and the area.
