With scenic water views, two spacious decks, and a private dock with boat access, this 1,890-square-foot home offers a peaceful escape for families and friends—just 25 miles from Yosemite National Park.

Life jackets stored in laundry room and required while using boats

Gated Community Access & Fees
The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security.
A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
