Die großzügige Aufteilung der Räume. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Lebensmittelmarkt und Bäckerei direkt in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist gut. Wenige Meter bis zur Bushaltestelle und bis zu Supermärkten. Ausreichend Handtücher und Spülmaschinentabs.
Das Bett im unteren Zimmer ist extrem flach. Keine 10 cm hoch. Für ältere Menschen eine Katastrophe. Im oberen Schlafzimmer kein Schrank oder sonstige Gelegenheit Kleidung abzulegen. Küche: Ausstattung miserabel nur vier Tassen, vier Gläser. Im Backofen brennt alles an wenn man nicht aufpasst. Spülmaschine hat gestunken und musste erstmal mit Essig gereinigt werden. Herdbeleuchtung kaputt und Dunstabzugshaube total verdreckt. In mehreren Lampen defekte Glühbirnen. Ameisen bewohnen das Wohnzimmer. Couch und Mobiliar total verwohnt. Couch verdreckt mit vermutlich Zigarettenbrandlöchern.
