The breakfast

The reception which is the first contact with an hotel. The guy complained as he had to repeat instructions twice in Polish while this language is not our mother tongue. Then he made a mistake when he gave the room keys and complained it was our fault, not his. My parents, traveling with us, are 80 and 85 year old. As they were sent in another part of the hotel than us, they had to carry alone their luggage in the stairs even if they are having difficulties to walk. No help. My little mum did. First time, last time.
