🐾 Pet Policy: Well-behaved "small" pets are welcome with prior disclosure! There is a $190 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must remain in their kennel or the Solarium when unattended, and use the designated side yard next to the BBQ. Please keep the pool area pet-free and clean up after your furry friend.

🛑 Neighbor Courtesy: Please do not block the mailbox or park in front of any neighbors' homes under any circumstances.

This was our second stay here and the house was very clean, well equipped, everything worked, and location was great with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again the next time that we get to the Dallas area.

The property is amazing! The decor throughout the home was stunning, beautiful decorated, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking! The pool area was just right for a relaxing evening. I would definitely recommend this home & I would definitely stay there again!!

The dog next doors barking woke me up every morning about 7am. Uggh. No sleeping in. Only left 1 towel on each bed per person. Definitely not enough. Target is close so I purchase more. 3 pool towels left for 4 people. The beds were extremely hard. Both Showers were draining really slow so had to stand in water to shower. Be sure you understand the extra fees. Pool heat is not included despite being advertised as heated pool. Additionally, I was charged $190 for our service dog. Which I think is wrong. I have never been charged for him before. It is a pet friendly home. The Owner texted after we arrived demanding payment for him so we just paid. Many closets and bathroom cabinets/drawers were locked for owners private use. Garage was locked for owners private use making it extremely difficult to enter/exit the home. The key pad is on the front door only, but the parking spot the owner wants you to use is the driveway in the back off the alley. You are not allowed to walk thru the side yard as it upsets the neighbors so with the garage being locked off there is no way to enter from the back driveway. You must walk thru the alley and around the whole block or stop in front open house and open back patio door then drive around. Takes an extra 10 mins to leave/arrive, plus is dark in alley. The owner was kind enough to leave some lights on for our arrival which was really appreciated. Be prepared for A LOT of rules and unwelcoming neighbors. The pool was nice but a lot of barking
