The private, course-front patio comes furnished for outdoor living with chairs, a gas grill, and table set for six. Rest and recharge the each day's adventures in the private sauna. Plan at-home meals with ease in the full kitchen, equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The K-cup coffee maker adds morning brew convenience. In the evenings, unwind by the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer combo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I love staying at the wintergreen. It’s very spacious with ample of beds to accommodate a large family. My kids especially love the bunk beds and the layout of the house. There’s plenty of towels and a stocked kitchen to whip up a meal for the family. I love that we don’t have to worry about parking during the busy weekends and we could just walk over to the village. We stayed at this place a few times now and would definitely go back!! Thanks for another wonderful year!!

Very spacious, very comfortable. Slightly outdated but nonetheless I’m not living here and so—very clean lots of things to use for the kitchen we cooked up a storm. We had terrible weather, so we were stuck inside. It rained for four days straight as a result I was able to rely on all the amenities in the home. Great family place. It’s also in a nice quiet area no crazy young parties.
