***POOL SPA HEATING - SOUTH EAST FACING POOL There s a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. Pool is enclosed.
***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost- Other vacation gear or propane grill needs to be outsourced at your own expense. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

Communication was great. Everything was laid out in the beginning. Walked in and home smelled really clean. There was some things floating in the pool but we removed them. It's listed that 2 of the bedrooms have 2 beds but only 1 room had 2 beds. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would book again.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Plus Vacation Homes in Orlando! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions, including theme parks, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient to explore Orlando.
The team at Plus Vacation Homes was professional, friendly, and very responsive to any questions we had, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made us feel at home.
We highly recommend Plus Vacation Homes to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Orlando. We would definitely love to stay with them again in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

From the first email to the last Lilly was unbelievable we couldn't have asked for more. On the last day the flight was cancelled Lilly kept us updated and everything was sorted within hours. The Villa we stayed in was fantastic clean tidy and modern. The pool temperature dropped and was fixed the same day over the Christmas holiday. We stayed for Christmas and new year the only thing the place was missing was a Christmas tree. The complex was really nice with all the staff we spoke to are friendly. We couldn't have asked for more from this holiday. Would 💯 recommend Lilly and the villa.
