The pool and spa are fully enclosed with a screen for comfort and privacy.
Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please notify the host at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange this service. Pool faces north.

Guests may enjoy the resort clubhouse amenities by registering at the clubhouse and paying a $45 fee per household. Amenities include:

Barbecue Grill & Vacation Gear
A small 18-inch charcoal grill is available at no cost upon request. Requests must be made prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5:00 PM. Additional vacation gear or propane grills must be rented independently by the guest.

The community enforces an active towing policy. Vehicles must be parked only in the driveway or designated overflow parking areas. Parking on grass, blocking homes, or parking in non-marked areas is not permitted. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. Washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items.

Everything was great - plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort as well as the residence. Hopefully we will be able to come back. Very economical and there were no disappointments. A great place to enjoy your family of all ages. I had no trouble getting in touch with anyone if I had a question. *****
