L'emplacement, le calme, le coucher de soleil sur la plage des minimes, l'architecture du centre ville, l'immeuble sécurisé, l'accueil. Beaucoup de pistes cyclables, et en bord de mer !!!
Le frigo est un peu petit et ne fonctionne pas bien, il faut le mettre presque à fond pour avoir du froid. L'appartement est un peu excentré du centre ville, mais avec des vélos c'est nickel. La proximité des balcons avec les voisins (il manque un brise vue du côté gauche)

La vue est magnifique et l’appartement pour un couple est très bien et avec tous se qu’il faut même le café merci encore

Appartement propre,bien équipé, bien situé, le plus : les peignoirs et pratique la boîte à clés
La petite critique serait juste isolation du bruit extérieur mais ce n'est pas de la faute du loueur ou alors changement des baies vitrées
