We enjoyed our stay.

Modern, bright and great view. The young woman who met us was very helpful and helped with our luggage.

We weren’t advised if the 4 flights of stairs and no lift. The washing was still in the dryer and there were no basics such as coffee, tea and milk.

A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor, overlooking the harbor.

A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor, overlooking the harbor. The apartment was fully equipped with high end (Siemens, Bosch) appliances, 3 bathrooms and a large living room. The apartment had been renovated recently to a very high standard. I would definitely book it again if I come back to Brest.

The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator (but I found it a nice workout! :)

Grosse déception, un bel appartement où l'on ne se sent pas "au chaud"

La deco

Impossible d'augmenter la température au delà de 19,5 degrés ( en décembre à Brest avec pluie et vent dehors, on a envie de "rentrer au chaud"), le service de conciergerie en la personne de Sarah nous a expliqué que c'était normal et largement suffisant : "la propriétaire a plusieurs appartements, si il fallait tous les chauffer selon les désirs des clients, elle ne s'en sortirait pas!" Réponse lunaire. Aucune empathie lorsque l'on fait remarquer et toucher tous les radiateurs froids mais beaucoup d'agressivité en revanche. : "il fait 15 dehors, 19,5 à l'intérieur c'est suffisant" Ce n'est donc pas le client qui décidera de la température de l'appartement. Et contrairement à ce qu'elle a affirmé il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que c'est un 4ieme etage sans ascenseur

Hemos tenido una estancia, icreible. Muy buena ubicación . El piso es espacioso, luminoso y muy limpio. La propietària de diez, el trato espectacular. Súper recomendable.

Emplacement idéal en centre ville. Parking à proximité. Hébergement spacieux, voire luxueux, très bien équipé. Vue sur la Penfeld et le bas de la rue de Siam. Accueil à notre arrivée et opérations de sortie.

Un bijou d’appartement pour les amateurs de bon goût

Un appartement magnifique rénové avec goût et le sens du détail. Il est parfaitement bien équipé et très confortable. Il est composé d’un grand séjour et cuisine avec coin repas, trois chambres dont deux avec salle d’eau attenante, deux wc, une buanderie complète. Il est très lumineux et l’on s’y sent comme chez soi. Le stationnement est facile au pied de l’immeuble. Il est très bien situé dans Brest et idéal pour rayonner autour.
