An extremely peaceful, beautiful place to stay in Ninh Binh. The staff were so lovely and the food was excellent. We ate there two nights out of our three and really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the plates of fresh fruit! The bungalows are cosy and cool and we loved renting the bikes to cycle around. Very easy to cycle to the local village with plenty of coffee shops etc and to cycle to other sites like Trang A riverside. The vibe is rustic but charming!
Not something we didn’t like personally, but worth noting if you want to go to other restaurants (after dark) you’ll need to get a grab taxi Very easy and not far to drive though. During the day cycling is easy

It’s more beautiful than it looks in the picture. Superior quadruple rooms have best views of lake and mountain. Feels like staying in the lap of nature, very reasonably priced. Owner helped with transfer from Hanoi airport and back at a very competitive price. Also helped by taking payment in USD. Allowed us to use kitchen for a small charge. Provided cycles and rented motorbikes.
No shops or restaurants nearby but can order for by grab or eat at in-house restaurant. Breakfast limited.

Location was good. Breakfast was limited but tasty.
Room 110 is the most expensive and yet the smallest and congested. Barely 1 to 2 feet space on 3 sides to keep walk or keep luggage. It did not meet the sizes mentioned on Booking.com. Yet they were not helpful to correct the problem. Was expecting some kind of a rebate or a discount in my next booking.
