Cozy Home located in a prime area.

The owner is very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and in a decent location. It was about a mile walk to a major street (Washington), where there are lots of restaurants and an Aldi. Friendly neighbor to the right, and the street felt very safe. There was extra bedding like pillows and blankets so you could decide if you needed more. Easy to get an Uber to and from this location, and not a bad walk to city center. The price was not bad...cheaper than booking 3 hotel rooms for sure. But Philly is not cheap.

One bedroom does not have air-conditioning but we found a fan in the closet. So between the ceiling fan and the floor fan, we felt reasonably comfortable but it was just a bit warm. It was an incredibly hot weekend of 97° though, so I think at any other time it would be fine. The kitchen does not have a lot in it. It does have the basics, so you will be able to make coffee and tea, and some basic meals. If you want to do a lot of cooking, you might need a house with more stuff. But this was not a huge drawback for us, because we did not choose to do any cooking. Philly is just expensive...so the prices for housing are high. Was World Cup weekend (not why we were there) so maybe we paid a premium.

Cozy clean home. Close to the Eagles stadium. Easy to walk in the neighborhood. Easy access to the home. Very detailed check in. Nice kitchen, huge bathroom, comfortable beds and couches.

No parking in the area.
