Nothing as shown. Wrong address given, wrong phone number given online. Not at all clean place. Tight bedrooms or just box rooms really. 1 washroom for 4 rooms. Worst experience i had.

Стварно е нехумано после пат некој да те зафркава за соба. Да не напоменувам дека лицето за контакт е повредено достапен повремено не и ти си во исчекување да ти пише. Рака на срце човекот ми пиша дека деновите ќе бидат од него меѓутоа фала му за се нема потреба, враќање на парите ќе барам преку booking.

Stay Away.

I booked the room from a day prior to my arrival as I would land onky at 6 am. I had set this up with the caretaker Karim the previous day from India over the phone. He said I could come and he would be there. Long story short, I was stranded for 6 hours and had to book a different hotel. Also, the location that's send on the confirmation mail is wrong. Please don't be fooled, look for better stays.

Simply a scam.

Nothing really.

I arrived at 5 PM to find that the room was completely different from what was advertised. The property was not a hostel but a flat divided into very small rooms with gypsum board walls, offering no privacy. There was no receptionist or housekeeping. The room lacked basic essentials such as bedsheets, pillows, and covers. The mattress was dirty and had bugs, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell due to being next to the kitchen. I contacted the agent immediately, and he kept claiming that the missing items were “on the way,” but nothing was delivered for over six hours. He ignored my calls and responded to messages very late. I ended up reporting the issue to Dubai Police – Tourism Support, as a fraud complaint. After reviewing the case, Dubai police informed me that the property is unlicensed and that the agent’s activity is illegal. A fraud complaint was filed and escalated to the Public Prosecutor. I left the property at 11 PM and booked another hotel. Only then did the agent appear and ask me to withdraw the police complaint. Despite all this, the agent refused to issue a refund. This listing is misleading and fraudulent. I strongly advise against booking this property.

I’m not happy with neither the place and booking.com as they should not allow such places on their platform.

Absolutely nothing.

No electricity in my room Means no light and wasn’t able to charge my phone The mattress was Hard rock. Asked them to return my money as I left 25mins after check in. I had to book another place at that time of the night. Still haven’t received any response. I did get in touch with booking.com I have not received any response.
