Single family home in-town Saratoga Springs. Walk to everything (downtown & track are less than a mile) and then come back to a modern, cozy house w/ private backyard. 1st floor has an open plan w/ kitchen, dining area & family room. Pocket doors lead to front room with a bar & seating area for cocktails & conversation. 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms. 2 have private bathroom and 2 share a Jack & Jill bath. Basement has a furnished room for movies/games. Garage has tv, ping pong, pop-a-shot & games.

What a lovely home with a super convenient location for our many trips to the racetrack as well as Fasig-Tipton for the sales and more. Plenty of space for all of us and ample bathrooms as well. I hope we get to stay again!

Loved this home for a stay with 6 people, everyone had plenty of space for themselves and to gather. Clean and cute, close to downtown and racetrack in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts are really kind, accommodating, clean, and respond to messages quickly.
