Welcome to my home!
Bright and cozy house with a large garden with trees.
Fitted with a comfy sofa bed, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. With multiple windows throughout the space and a beautiful terrace, you can enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
Parking is available in the courtyard of the property.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.
I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
This picturesque location is home to the Cairn Petit Mont, a striking monument that's perfect for photo ops. There's also the Casino JOA d'Arzon, where you can try your luck at the tables or enjoy some live entertainment. And of course, the trip would not be complete without visiting the Abbey. Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys is a must-see for history buffs and architecture lovers. When you need a break from all the sightseeing, head to the Plage de Kerjouanno for a relaxing day by the water. Proximity with the coastal paths and hiking trails crossing the peninsula of Rhuiz.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Car: D780 towards Sarzeau then continue towards Arzon.
Train: Vannes station.
Bus: line 24 from the bus and SNCF station of Vannes - Stop LE NET (Saint Gildas de Rhuys).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at a minimum.
The house is 1,7 km from the Port of Loge: possibility to park a boat and its trailer in the yard of the house.
