Villas Guzman - San Jaime

We are very familiar with Moraira as we have holidayed there every year for over 20 years. As such we know it very well and enjoy it every time. The bungalow this year in Calle Jedda was quite comfortable, but not of the same standard as the one we stayed at last year a little higher up the road. The kitchen furniture, utensils, fridge freezer and oven are perfectly fine. The bathroom, shower, wall and floor tiling is acceptable, if not exactly light and airy by nature. The false bathroom ceiling is of horrible white plastic panelling with an inset air extractor which rattles terribly and fails in its intended purpose to ventilate the area and to extract moisture.

The furniture in the living area is very dated and covered in cheap, awful manmade fibre. There is no dishwasher. There isn’t a smoke detector in the kitchen or any means of fighting a fire or any first aid supplies: the latter two omissions are in contravention of the regional regulations for such lettings. The convertible bunk bed sleeping arrangements in the second bedroom are not practical because they can only be used if some of the storage cabinets are moved out of that room into the kitchen. The patio door leading to the naya cannot be locked, so guests have to operate a heavy, keyed padlock to a pair of very heavy metal sliding doors to gain access and secure the same when leaving or en route to the community swimming pool.

Si, la verdad bastante cómodo y bien distribuido.

Que no deja claro cosas. Como que la piscina no es exclusiva y la potencia contratada de electricidad es un infierno. Si pones un aire acondicionado no puedes poner el horno. De locos !!!!
