La casa è come si presenta nell’annuncio, spaziosa comoda e conviviale, spazi all’aperto ben sfruttabili e doccia calda sterna comoda di rientro dalla spiaggia

Se ci fosse stato uno split in più dell’aria condizionata la temperatura sarebbe stata un pelo più controllabile ma c’è da dire che quest’estate era davvero calda

Bellissimo giardino , ben curato e dotato di ogni comfort, che rendeva davvero piacevole la permanenza .

Il condizionatore che è presente nel corridoio , non rinfresca minimamente le camere da letto , il che rende tutto poco piacevole soprattutto alla notte . La casa era pulitissima e ben curata , consiglio di non spruzzare però i profumatori di ambiente in dose eccessiva ... potrebbe essere non gradito .

Lovely property, nicely done-up interiors, essentially all new. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. The outdoor space is also fairly nice, with a sheltered area and large dining table, which also connect to a small yard that feature a beautiful lemon three and a well. Interestingly, the kitchen access is separate from the rest of the rooms, meaning you get in and out from the outdoor area. Presumably this design choice was because you would mostly eat in the sheltered outdoor area. The owner is also very kind, she has a deep personal story behind this apartment, that is worth listening to. Neighbours are also very nice and kind.

Tricky to get to the place. You will receive instructions, but it is not easy as it is in the periphery of Marsala in an area that is somewhat rural. So you will need to identify a specific sign that it is not as visible as you'd hope, and then take a tight side road that takes you to this cluster of houses. Make sure you bring your toiletries (like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and so on) as the apartment will not have them. There is a Eurospin supermaket nearby, so no issue, but we did not expect that the place would be bare from this point of view.

Niestety klimatyzacja jest, ale jakby jej nie było i w każdym pokoju po wentylatorze. Na krótki pobyt polecam, na dłuższy zdecydowanie odradzam, nie da się wytrzymać. Brak pralki, brak zmywarki i jeszcze paru innych obiecanych rzeczy. Budynek umieszczony w strefie przemysłowej, zatem trzeba się liczyć że wszystko jest daleko całość odgrodzona murem jak w zonie. Do plaży również daleko.
