Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn 200 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Nov.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Apr. - 30.Nov.), heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. Room cleaning daily (extra). We were warmly welcomed with two bottles of Marsala wine and fruit by Mr. Sammartano who lives downstairs.
The appartment has very nice bedrooms with good matresses, nice and clean bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you might need for cooking. We especially enjoyed the covered veranda where we had all our meals.
We can only recommend this wonderful home.

La maison est très grande et confortable. Nous y avons logés à 9 et jamais nous nous sommes marchés dans les pieds. La maison était propre! Le propriétaire très sympathique. Le seul point négatif est que les salles de bains sont un peu vieillottes. Mais nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Nous y avons passé un super séjour.

La casa è molto bella e accogliente in una zona tranquilla a 5 minuti da ogni servizio ,Market, panetterie,ecc. i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi. Consiglio vivamente la location. Un saluto al Sig. XXX e alle sue figlie.

Casa grande e pulita. Tanti servizi disponibili. Adatta a più famiglie di amici. Spazio esterno a disposizione. Vicina al centro ma in zona tranquilla. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Sempre attenti e super disponibili.
