Bon emplacement pas trop loin du centre tout en étant au calme. L'appartement est très bien c'est un excellent rapport qualité / prix.

La rue et l'entrée de l'immeuble ne sont pas encourageant de prime abord mais l appartement fait oublier rapidement ce point !

Clean, well furnished, brilliant location.

Location is very central (however the street in front is dirty, with garbage spilling around from the 6 big waste containers). The apartment has all necessary facilities. Communication with owner was easy.

We arrived after midnight and discovered the apartment was very dirty, especially the WC. While cleaning we found a sock and flip flops under the sofa, chewed gum next to the fridge, wrapping papers under the furniture, accumulated dust and other small items. The vacuum cleaner, full of hair and dust, was inside a bedroom closet with duvets on top of it. In addition, the cot was not set up when we arrived, despite having asked for one and indicating we’ll arrive after midnight. So at 1:30 am we had to find where the cot was, set it up and then look for bedsheet for it. As others also have mentioned the entrance and the street in front suffers due to the big waste containers. The apartment can be loud for light sleepers, due to the AC units outside the bedroom windows, and the garbage being collected around 11pm. While the apartment has lot of potential, the lack of hygiene made it difficult for us to feel comfortable, especially with two small kids.
