About this house rental
Enjoy a stay on the picturesque Allegheny River in the historic town of Franklin with private river access! Feel at home with our fully equipped kitchen, organic coffee, quality linens and soaps. Rock on the porch with your morning coffee, have a fire (wood provided), read a book—there’s something for everyone! Downtown is just minutes away, offering shopping and dining. For cycling or kayaking, the Samuel Justus Bike Trail is a few minutes’ ride, and Oars Kayak Tours is steps away.
River views from almost every room in the house
The house consists of an upper and a lower unit, this is for the upper unit only, Guest will have sole access to the main floor and upstairs of the home, with its own entrance and parking and no shared walls with the lower unit. Only shared space would be the backyard along the water. The yard does have two fire pits and firewood provided.
Indoor Living: Smart TV, modern farmhouse interior, open layout, interior water views, ample natural light. Three comfy queen beds for a pleasant nights sleep.
Kitchen: Well stocked with what you'll need to cook a meal, microwave, coffee pot/french press, tea kettle, cooking basics, dishware & flatware
Step outside what you'll love
* Outdoor space with fire pits may be shared if other guest are staying downstairs
*Private front porch with rocking chairs is the perfect place to spend time resting and restoring with loved ones in between your adventures.
Wanting to kayak or canoe down the Allegheny? OARS known for their kayaking tours is conveniently located next door. Please let JB know we sent you, he will provide you with all your kayaking/canoeing needs. The beautiful Samual Justice Trail is a 4 minute bike ride away.
