The apartment is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes by car from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 2 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the conveniences: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market.
You will not miss the inevitable Marina of Saint-François, with direct access through the gardens, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and shop in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino and the Aerodrome are all less than 10 minutes walk from your apartment. The beaches of Les Pies and Ucpa are located at the foot of the residence, just the marina to cross. Practice the wing foil at 300m.
The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Raisins Clairs beach, Anse à la Gourde, Anse-Champagne, la Coulée) are only 5 minutes drive from your vacation rental. For water sports enthusiasts, the spot of Port de Saint-François offers surfing lessons for all levels, and the beach of Anse-Champagne is the ideal place to take your first steps in Wing Foil.

This little apartment has everything you could need, including a starter pack of milk, bread, fruit and a few basics to have breakfast.
The host, Mathilde, was excellent.
The location is very central, with many good restaurants in the marina, and a supermarket and bakery a few minutes walk away. On a couple of evenings there was loud music in one of the bars until late.
You can walk to town in 10 minutes, and to the beach in 25 minutes.
My only negative comment is that I found the apartment very hot, with aircon only in the bedroom, but overall it is a convenient base for Saint Francois.

Nous ne sommes pas restés très longtemps, mais tout s'est très bien passé, rien à dire l'appartement est agréable et conforme aux photos. Très positif dans l'ensemble !
