TIME TO HEAD TO THE SEA! Our beautiful half-timbered houses “Am Achterwasser” are located on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom in the traditional farming and fishing village of Warthe. It takes just 25 minutes to reach the Baltic Sea beach. In this village-like complex, you can choose from apartments of various sizes. The property is located on the outskirts of the village and features a 3,260-square-meter garden with stunning views. A swimming spot and a small harbor on the Achterwasser are approximately 500 meters away.
You have the option to enjoy a relaxing vacation here or to rent a property on a long-term basis as your vacation home.
