Welcome to our newly renovated “Feriendomizil am Rössleberg” in the health resort of Hinterzarten.
Enjoy the peaceful setting of the vacation home with its beautiful views.
The vacation home is situated on a hillside right at the edge of the forest, measures 188 m², and spans 3 floors. It can accommodate up to 12 people.
Welcome to our newly renovated “Feriendomizil am Rössleberg” in the climatic health resort of Hinterzarten.
Enjoy the quiet location of the vacation home with a beautiful view.
The vacation home is located on a hillside directly on the edge of the forest, has a floor area of 188 m², and extends over 3 floors. The house can accommodate up to 12 people.
Features of the vacation home:
Ground Floor: Entryway with storage space and ski storage, bike storage, and stairs to the first floor
First Floor:
- open-concept living and dining area with a cozy lounge area featuring a TV, tiled stove, and a large south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the idyllic mountain landscape of the Black Forest
- well-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, blackout blinds
- Bathroom with washing machine
On this level, there is also a large terrace covered with safety glass that invites you to relax and unwind. The terrace opens onto the garden and ends right at the edge of the forest.
In the garden, there is a new barrel-style outdoor sauna with additional seating. After one hour of heating, the sauna reaches a maximum temperature of 60–70 degrees. If desired, the temperature can be increased by pouring water onto the stones.
A charcoal grill is also available.
2nd Floor:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, and balcony access; blackout curtains (pleated)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed; blackout shutters
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet
- 1 bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
Attic:
- Can be used as a living room/bedroom, with an east-facing balcony
- 2 pull-out box-spring sofas (suitable for up to 4 people), skylights can be darkened with roller shutters
- Large TV
- Foosball table

- Bicycle storage room
- Washing machine (in the bathroom on the first floor)
- Additional fridge/freezer available in the ski storage room
- A high chair and a travel crib
In the summer, enjoy the unique natural landscape of Hinterzarten with its beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike routes. You have direct access to the forest right behind the house.
On a hike through the Ravennaschlucht gorge, you can experience the power of water while surrounded by unspoiled nature. The idyllically situated Mathisleweiher pond is also worth a visit.
Hinterzarten is known for the Adler Ski Stadium and the Black Forest Ski Museum.
Hinterzarten also has plenty to offer winter sports enthusiasts: an extensive cross-country skiing network, a ski lift (Thoma Ski Center with floodlights in the evenings), toboggan runs, and romantic winter hiking trails are all just a few meters away from the vacation home and easily accessible.
The town center of Hinterzarten, with restaurants and shopping, is located about 1.5 km from the vacation home.
Please note:
The vacation home is located in the middle of a residential area, and general quiet hours must be observed.
Therefore, unfortunately, parties, youth groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc., are not permitted.
One dog or one pet is welcome in the vacation home.
