This beautiful, spacious studio is located on the 1st floor and offers a lovely view of the garden. It features a sofa area, a TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The floor is covered with wooden planks.
Dogs are welcome! A bike rental shop is located right nearby. Wi-Fi (limited) is available via a central router. Free parking is available on the premises. Extra beds and cribs for small children are available upon request.

Just a 5-minute walk to the Achterwasser and 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach, our beautiful half-timbered houses “Am Achterwasser” are located in the traditional farming and fishing village of Warthe on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. In a village-like complex, there are apartments of various sizes to choose from. The property is located on the outskirts of town and consists of a 3,260-square-meter garden and 6,000 square meters of adjacent fields. From the garden, you have an impressive view all the way to the Achterwasser. Swimming spots and a small harbor are about 500 meters away.
You have the option to simply enjoy a relaxing vacation here or to rent a property on a long-term basis as your vacation home.
