The reverse floorplan features an open-concept great room on the top level with vaulted ceilings and LVP flooring throughout. Get dinner started in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Everyone can sit down and enjoy meals together at the large dining table for ten, or al fresco on the screened porch. Also on the top floor you'll find the spacious primary with king bed and private bath. Three more bedrooms on the mid-level, including a second king ensuite, will comfortably accommodate family and friends. The ground level consists of the fifth bedroom along with a spacious rec room with pool table. Use the mini fridge and microwave for grabbing a cold drink or quick snack to enjoy poolside.

Centrally located in Section J of the Ocean Sands community, Beach Happy is within a mile from everything you'll need including grocery and specialty food stores, coffee shop, dining and take-out options. You don't even need to take the car! Walk or bike using the pedestrian sidewalk that runs from Ocean Sands all the way to Timbuck II Shopping Village. There you'll find a variety of boutique shopping, restaurants, ice cream and fun activities for the entire family including mini-golf and bumper cars.
