We loved everything. We stayed for our son’s 12th birthday as something nice to do now that he is growing up. It was perfect. Very modern with character. The apartment was warm, comfortable and it felt very spacious. We really love Plymouth as a city and enjoyed wandering into town for dinner. If you prefer the outskirts, you’re in luck as not only do you have beautiful Mannamead, but you’re also really close to Multley. The young lady on reception when we arrived on Sunday was absolutely lovely too.

Nothing! The only niggle we had was that we couldn’t log into the Wi-Fi. We didn’t mention it to the property as we were only there for one night and played some games instead of watching the tv. It was really nice.

The Penthouse has an amazing view. The beds were comfy. Nice homely living and kitchen area. Nice to have Netflix. Good close proximity to the carpark

The heating wasn't working straight away but it was soon sorted. It would of been nice if there was sugar, tea and coffee in the apartment. No toilet brush in bathroom. It was a bit of hassle to have to go and collect the keys from another place, its a 20 minute walk and drop them off the next morning.

Lovely views, main rooms were clean and a good size. Quiet and nice and warm.

Kitchen equipment was not clean. Dirty plates, chopping board had butter dried onto it. Not enough cutlery. The internet kept dropping off. Bedrooms have nowhere to set your clothes on ie bench/chest of drawers/dressing table/hooks or shelves. Had to set clothes on floor not ideal. Each bedroom needs a lamp/bedside table either side of the bed plus a mirror. The windows in bedrooms need blinds or curtains. Bathroom could do with somewhere to put your clothes/toiletries etc rather than the floor. Shower was very poor and in order to use you were half way down the bath and water went everywhere. Devon is a beautiful County why not put up some nice pictures of the County rather than cheap generic pictures. Get rid of the plastic flowers with tags still on them. Nice floor lamp did not work.
