Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, céntrica. Es ideal porque estás a pocos minutos de los principales lugares de interés de la isla.

Si buscabas algo para ir de la playa al apartamento y volver durante tus vacaciones, no, necesitas coche. Pero si, como nosotros, queríamos ver Lanzarote, excelente. Muy bien conectado, con todos los servicios inmediatos (mercadona, lidl, hiperdino, decathlon, etc). Zona tranquila, residencial. Las fotos son reales. Tiene ventiladores, televisión, cocina completamente equipada. Limpio y espacioso. Suficiente para descansar tras una jornada de excursiones y playa. Nos hizo la recepción el propietario, muy amable.
Por completar algo, tiene solo un baño, si son varios, tienes que hacer turnos, pero algo habitual en cualquier apartamento/hotel.

La limpieza excelente, la ubicación muy cómoda con aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. Todo excelente . Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Lanzarote

Espacioso y nuevo.
El olor a cañería en la planra baja, más intenso cuando llegamos el primer día. No habia toallas de lavabo.
