Η τοποθεσία είναι μια ανάσα από το ιστορικό κέντρο. Μπορείς να φτάσεις τα πάντα με τα πόδια, γεγονός ιδιαίτερα βολικό για βράδυνες βόλτες στο κέντρο. Επιπλέον το ότι διαθέτει χώρο parking είναι πολύ χρήσιμο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ γλυκιά και ευγενική.
Βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, εντός συγκροτήματος διαμερισμάτων και έχει αρκετή φασαρία από τα γύρω διαμερίσματα. Κάποιες ημέρες γίνονταν έργα στην περιοχή και λειτουργούσαν τρυπάνι όλο το μεσημερι.

La ubicción es excelente. El departamento es muy confortable y tiene todo lo necesario para una hermosa estadía. Y al ser muy silencioso permite un buen descanso. La anfitriona Laura es muy amable y se esfuerza muchísimo para que el alojamiento sea de lo mejor. Es altamente recomendable.
