COZY St

L'emplacement est idéal pour une première visite à Malaga. J'ai beaucoup aimé le service aussi. La personne chargée de la remise des clés était a l'heure, adorable et très serviable.

1/ La baignoire avec le paravent dessus qui n'était pas fixé. 2/ le robinet du l'évier collé au mur et ne facilite pas l usage 3/ l'évacuation de la clim. A chaque fois je devais vider le bidon.

balcony too small

The apartment was well thoughtout with some very nice touches such as complimentary beer and crisps. More importantly everything was thought about and provided for, such as washing machine tablets which when you travel light was such a nice touch. The apartment was clean and the bed was really comfortable and the location was close to everything i needed in my stay in Malaga plus I had a really lovely message from the owners when I had left which was really touching. Talking about the hosts they were wonderful and prompt to meet me and let me into the property and make me feel welcome.

I do not give out many 10's and this one was so close to it but I couldn't because of the one issue that impacts this property; that is the door to the balcony. Unfortunatly, this needs replacing i would imagine pretty promptly. It doesnt shut properly and this allows all of the street noise to enter the property at night. There wasnt much difference if i had it closed or open. As other reviewers have mentioned noise from other apartments was a bit of an issue as well with my neighbout sounded like he decided to do DIY at 2 am, very strange, this isnt something the property can really help though unfortunatly. Fix that door and the preoperty would be perfect.

Presenza ascensore e di elettrodomestici idonei e funzionanti, posizione molto centrale e comoda, presenza del bidet, sanitari puliti, wi-fi funzionante, gentilezza dell’host.

Letto scomodo con cuscini non idonei, abbiamo avuto mal di schiena tutto il tempo. Nonostante la cortesia formale dell’host, a fronte di una nostra richiesta di altri cuscini (i due aggiuntivi presenti non erano foderati e senza alcuna consistenza), abbiamo ricevuto risposta, peraltro negativa, solo dopo 2 giorni. Sebbene le stoviglie ed i sanitari fossero puliti, il pavimento lasciava a desiderare con grovigli di polvere negli angoli. Sifone della vasca rotto (perdeva acqua lateralmente e attacco della doccia non idoneo). Sciacquone del water scaricava poca acqua. Finestra sulla strada non sufficientemente insonorizzata, trattandosi di una via di scorrimento.
