For a single person is a very good option to stay. The staff members are nice, is a very centric place and have access to the subways. Very clean bathrooms even that they're shared. I'll recommend.

I loved everything during my stay here, including the great value. I do recommend staying here but be aware that the bed in 311 was literally the worst bed of my life. Springs almost ripping through the mattress, digging into my back and ribs. The restrooms were always clean, the lobby always had fresh coffee, water and tea. Location 10/10. Service 10/10. Great location and staff very helpful.
Issue was room very small and didn't realise we had to share a bathroom with other guests.
The walls are very thin so you can hear doors closing all night.
Finally the stairs. There are no lifts and going up and down 3 flights of stairs that are very steep was terrible.. carting luggage up and down plus going upstairs after long days of sightseeing was hard work! A lift would have been a welcome addition!
