Receptive staff during check in and check out. The door concierge is friendly and extra helpful with luggage carrying assistance and general recommendation on places to venture nearby. Hotel is located at a strategic place closer to Long-haul bus terminus.

The rooms are spatious, the breakfast in great. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant serves great food.
The AC was broken so the room was quite stuffy and there are no mosquito nets on the window. Luckily there were ceiling fans in the room.

The hotel was simple and basic, but it suited our needs well for a short stay before safari. It was good value, the room was fine for what we needed, and the restaurant next door was good, which was very convenient. Moses was amazing and really helpful.
For the price, the hotel was exactly what I expected. It was basic, but comfortable enough for a one-night stopover before our safari. The restaurant next door was good and made the evening very easy, and Moses was amazing.

The location was very central and easy to get around in Mombasa. Though a busy environment we were given a quiet room. Members of staff were kind and diligent.
Internet connection was poor, unreliable, and frustrating. No bedside switch for light. No fridge. No shower caps.
