With beach and ocean views from the front family room, dining room and sitting room, you'll have views galore. Open concept floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths with bedrooms on both floors that give everyone the opportunity for the perfect room. The 2 bedrooms on the top floor have small balconies and that fabulous beach and ocean view, firepit & seating right in the sand to enjoy on the cool Summer nights! Plenty of parking & badges to beach included!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
