This beautiful 500 square foot condo is centrally located close to the beach, shopping areas, and restaurants. This first floor condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom which includes a queen bed and a sleeper sofa to comfortably fit 4 guests.
It also includes two flat screen TVs and plenty of drawer and closet space for your needs. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all necessary cookware and new appliances.
The beach is a brief walk via the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue. Another great thing about Seabreeze is the multitude of amenities it offers, you can spend your day swimming in our pool, which is heated during the colder months, use one of the gas grills, play some shuffleboard or be part of the daily activities in the Seabreeze social room.
Additionally, you’re just a short walk from Joey’s Pizza, NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Thai Sushi by KJ and more.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property manager at least 30 days prior to check-in.

Enjoyed my month long stay at Sea Breeze N4. Clean, comfortable condo. Not fancy but everything I needed. Had a friend visit for a week. She slept on the pull out sofa and said it was very comfortable! Owners were responsive and easy to contact about the couple of small issues I encountered. Good location with a couple of great restaurants close by. You could get by with just a bike but probably better off with a car. Was hoping to book again for 2024 but already booked.

We really enjoyed staying at this Marco Island condo. It's small but has everything you need and close to the beaches, most importantly! The property owner was very communicative and we didn't lack anything during our stay. We loved hanging out at the beach, but the pool at the property is great as well. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby also. Thanks for a great stay!
