VARIABLE PRICING - Base pricing includes up to 10 guests. Additional guests (11–16) are $50 per person, per night. This flexible pricing structure allows smaller groups to enjoy the property without paying the full large-group rate. The unit was very clean and fully stocked to make us feel at home from when arrived until departure. The assistance we received before and during our stay was friendly and accommodating. The beach club was an added bonus and the service and food was outstanding. We will definitely be recommending this to our friends.

This home was just beautiful with a view that never got old. The back porch is north facing so you have shade all day, which is wonderful for staying cool while relaxing or enjoying your coffee or lunch! The kitchen is very well stocked as well. While the house has a lovely pool area, the community pool and gym were great amenities to have. We had a car for longer day trips, but a golf cart for zipping around town and to the pool which was fun for everyone. I highly recommend this home as well as renting through Rich Coast Management. The company was very attentive and helpful from booking and throughout our stay.

The house is spacious and well furnished, in a secure and quiet neighbourhood. A 6 minute drive gets you to the beach, grocery store; bars and restaurants, and made a fabulous launching point for our family adventures each day. Property management was extremely responsive to the minor issues we faced (e.g. water went out for a few hours, and they quickly brought us some bottles to tide us over). Clubhouse had a beautiful pool and other amenities as well.
